A little blog to post the cards I make. Maybe someone will be inspired by it! For me it will be fun to see the change in the cards I make, as I always seem to make different stuff at different times!

cups
My aunt send me some lovely post a while back. She made some die-cuts with these really cute Marianne design cup-dies! They are so lovely!! And the most pretty part of the dies is the spoons. Even my kids are crazy about the spoons!! Used a Go Kreate XXL die for the card-shape!

scalloped edge
I used one of the "new" spellbinder dies as a cardbase. It's not as big as a grand-die, but still big enough to make a really pretty card! The tag with the oval in it is one of my fave!

rectangle to square!
This scalloped rectangle die is one of my fave, but I wanted to play with it a bit more. I created a square out of it. Ofcourse the corners did not match up, but using different corner dies, that got disguised and voila, a lovely square scalloped die!

Card shapes
I found this card, and the text in my draftbox! So a year later then planned, I present you my enthousiasm about my Grand Calibur! And to say, in a year that has not changed at all!!
So, after a year of saying I don't need a Grand Calibur etc, something strange happened. When I was in Holland my Aunt bought a Grand Calibur. She took it over to my mum's place, and we got to play with it. My mum was sold, and bought one, and so for the next 1,5 weeks all I used was the Grand Calibur. Le Sigh!! This meant I had to invest in one myself, cos back home my cuttlebug was just not doing it anymore! I looked on ebay, and found a great offer. Not only did I get the Grand Calibur, but I also got an extra plate with it and a set of XXL dies!! Something I wasn't going to invest in really, but hey, if it came for free with the GC then why not.
When the GC arrived through the post, I did have to try the big die ofcourse, and OMG I love it!! I love how I now can make my own big card shapes!!

tic tac
I like this New Years card, with the little clock Die from Marianne Design! I did mess up the gold mirrorcard in the background, so I used some glue and goldflakes to cover it up :)

Different corner Die
Actually, it's more a big triangle Die!! Really really love it! On the middle Die-cut I used white flower soft on the outer edge, to create a sort of snowy effect!

corner Die
For this card I used a Cheery Lynn corner Die, but instead of putting it in a corner, I used it at the top and front of the border. I really like the effect :)

Order
Steve asked me to make a card for his Nephew, who was going to be 40. I find making men cards really difficult, but I thought this old one would be ok :)

It was Eileen's birthday, getting to the lovely 65 mark! I made her this card, cos she really likes birds (and frogs!!).
